Act 247 of the 2013 Legislative Session* transferred the authority to refund CCC tolls from the Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to the Treasury’s Unclaimed Property Division. The new law applies to account balances and toll tag deposits for all GeauxPass accounts for the CCC Bridge that have had no activity on LA Highway 1 since July 1, 2012. The law also applies to tolls paid to cross the CCC Bridge between January 1, 2013 and March 5, 2013.
